Four Hublots With Summer Vibes
Summertime means for most people spending time with friends and family on their boat, the beach, or some other location where they can relax for a moment and enjoy life. On such occasions being able to tell what time it is might not be of the utmost importance yet for many is a watch an essential part of their summer outfits. Here are four watches by Hublot that all have a generous dash of ‘summer vibes’;
Many people prefer to wear in the summer months a watch on a bracelet. With the Big Bang Unico Integral, which Hublot released earlier this year, does the iconic Bing Bang get an integrated bracelet. Not only is the wearing comfort superb, but it also adds something to the already good looks of this chronograph. With a water resistance of 10 ATM can it be safely worn in the pool or sea. The only question that remains is which of the three versions you prefer for the summer month; the ultra-light titanium version, the ceramic all-black, or the sunkissed Big Bang Integral in King Gold?
Want to wear a watch but trying to avoid tan lines? Then the Classic Fusion Tourbillon Power Reserve 5 Days Orlinski Sapphire is probably the one that gives you the most chance of achieving just that. Not only is its case made from sapphire, but the movement itself is also extensively skeletonized. While this is already complex enough to make by itself, did Hublot also fit the movement with a tourbillon and a very generous five-day power reserve. Despite the fact that you see-through this watch, is its design something to admire, as famous French artist Richard Orlinski created it.
While a rainbow doesn’t always mean the best of weather, when the sun hits your Spirit of Big Bang Rainbow you instantly get those summer vibes. The tonneau-shaped chronograph is now set with trapeze-cut colored gemstones on the bezel, and brilliant-cut ones on the case and skeletonized dial. How the gemstones transition from one color into another is mesmerizing. Hublot also made this effect on the alligator leather strap, as the superb finishing touch on one of the most colorful watches currently available.
Few places in the world say summer like St.Barths. Located on the island is Eden Rock, a hotel that is nothing short of a slice of paradise. It has recently been fully renovated, and for this special occasion, did Hublot make only 25 pieces of the Classic Fusion Eden Rock. The watch has a bezel set with colorless brilliant-cut diamonds, while the hour markers are cut from rubies. It is fitted with an automatic movement and features a titanium case. The white strap has red stitching, not only complementing the dial but also as a reference to Eden Rock’s colors, making it the perfect watch for a neverending summer.
