Vacheron Constantin adds to its Overseas collection with the debut of the Overseas Chronograph in a sophisticated pink gold.
Throughout the history of high watchmaking, timepieces and travel have always gone hand-in-hand. For Vacheron Constantin, openness to the world and the sheer thrill of discovery have remained at the core of the Maison’s philosophy since its founding over 250 years ago. With the latest addition to the legendary Overseas collection, the Overseas Chronograph, Vacheron Constantin continues to honor the legacy of travel.
While the Overseas Chronograph is the ultimate travel companion, it’s also perfectly designed to be worn every day. Marrying elegance with casual flair, the new timepiece sports the Overseas collection’s iconic blue-lacquered dial with a sunburst satin finish complemented by the new pink gold case, bezel, crown, and dial markers.
The 42.5mm 18K 5N pink gold case houses a column-wheel chronograph enhanced by a date aperture between 4 and 5 o’clock. Intricately designed with over 260 pieces, the timepiece is powered by the in-house, self-winding caliber 5200 with 22K oscillating weight engraved with a wind rose, which can be seen through the crystal caseback of the timepiece.
Through Vacheron Constantin’s innovative clasp system, the Overseas Chronograph proves to be extremely versatile with three interchangeable straps: blue alligator for a more sophisticated feel, blue rubber for the ultimate sports style, and 18K 5N pink gold for a more monochromatic look. Seamlessly fitting into the Overseas collection, the new Overseas Chronograph adds a new sporty dynamic to the range of travel-inspired timepieces.
